WOMP – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

By installing, running, or using Womp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.
If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use Womp and must uninstall it immediately.

1. License Grant

Upon valid purchase or authorization, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Womp for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This license grants you the right to use, not to own, the Womp client.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Womp software remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

2. No Guarantee of Continued Access

By purchasing a license (including time-based licenses such as monthly or quarterly plans), you acknowledge and agree that:

Access to Womp is not guaranteed for the duration of the license period.

The Licensor reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or shut down the Womp client or associated services at any time, without prior notice, and without refund.
You understand and accept that purchasing a license does not guarantee availability, uptime, or continued operation of the software.

3. Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Womp
  • Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on Womp
  • Distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share Womp or your license
  • Use Womp for any commercial, institutional, or shared/public use
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with licensing systems or anti-piracy mechanisms
  • Use Womp in violation of Mojang’s or Microsoft’s terms of service

Violation of any of the above terms will result in immediate license termination without refund or liability.

4. Data Transmission

By using Womp, you consent to the collection and transmission of technical and usage data to the Licensor, which may include:

  • System specifications and device identifiers
  • License status and authentication checks
  • Usage metrics and crash diagnostics

This data may be used for the purposes of license enforcement, performance improvements, and abuse prevention.

5. License Revocation

The Licensor reserves the right to revoke or suspend your license at any time, without notice and without compensation, for any of the following:

  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Attempting to bypass licensing systems or security protections
  • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the software

6. No Warranty

Womp is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees regarding performance, availability, or reliability
  • Assurance that Womp will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure

Use of Womp is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Bulgarian law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Device or system damage
  • Account bans or restrictions
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Losses resulting from discontinuation of service, even if you have an active paid license

You agree that no refunds or compensation shall be issued for any such outcomes.

8. Modifications to Terms

The Licensor may update this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of Womp after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Womp and remove it from your devices.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria.

11. Acceptance

By installing, running, or using Womp:

  • You acknowledge that you are only receiving a license to use, and not ownership of, the Womp software
  • You accept that access is not guaranteed, even after purchase
  • You agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement
  • You understand and accept all associated risks, limitations, and consequences
